Unictron’s multilayer piezo cube actuators are suitable for high-precision motion and compact integration. Devices can be used as single elements or combined into stack assemblies, providing tight dimensional tolerances and high operational reliability.

These actuators generate precise linear displacement at low driving voltages. The free stroke of a single element can reach approximately 0.1% of the chip thickness.
